For PrivaScreen™ Filters on laptops, monitors and tablets: We recommend removing the filter from the screen and using the included cleaning cloth. If smudges or other contaminates are resistant to this method, again remove the filter from the screen and use a lightly dampened cloth. We do not recommend the use of cleaning products on the filter, as it may start eating away at the coating.
For PrivaScreen™ Filters on smartphones: Since this filter should not be removed from the device once installed, it is recommended to use the included cleaning cloth to wipe away smudges from the filter. Never spray any kind of cleaning liquid onto the filter while it is installed on your device as this could damage the device. We do not recommend the use of cleaning products on the filter, as it may start eating away at the coating.
